TikTok Shop Manager
We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to drive growth, sales, and overall performance across our TikTok Shop storefront. This role will manage product launches, creator and affiliate partnerships, livestream campaigns, paid advertising, and storefront optimization to increase revenue, engagement, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize TikTok Shop product listings, promotions, bundles, and storefront performance
Develop growth strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and GMV
Coordinate with creators, affiliates, influencers, and TikTok support representatives
Launch and manage TikTok Shop Ads, Spark Ads, and paid campaigns
Build and execute testing frameworks for hooks, CTAs, angles, offers, and creative formats
Monitor and analyze performance metrics including CAC, CPA, MER, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and profitability
Support TikTok LIVE campaigns, seasonal launches, and viral product opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns, inventory, and content
Ensure account health, policy compliance, and overall customer experience remain in good standing
Stay current on TikTok trends, platform updates, and social commerce best practices
Qualifications
Experience managing TikTok Shop, social commerce, or eCommerce platforms
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator ecosystems, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising
Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns for profitability
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
Experience with Shopify, Amazon, or marketplace platforms is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
