Creator & Affiliate Manager
Location: Clearwater, FL — In Office
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Zulay Kitchen is looking for a Creator & Affiliate Manager to help build and grow our creator affiliate program.
Your main job is simple: find great creators, get them excited about Zulay, get them creating content, and turn those creators into revenue-driving partners.
You’ll be constantly scouting TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms for creators who could be a great fit for Zulay. You’ll reach out, build relationships, get them into our affiliate program, and help them create content that drives clicks, sales, and brand awareness.
This is a high-volume, relationship-driven role for someone who loves finding talent, talking to creators, and turning opportunities into results.
What You’ll Do
- Find and recruit new creators and influencers to join Zulay’s affiliate program
- Research TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to identify creators with strong potential
- Reach out to creators daily and pitch Zulay collaboration and affiliate opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with our creator network
- Help creators get set up with affiliate links, products, and promotional opportunities
- Encourage creators to consistently post and promote Zulay products
- Track creator activity, content, clicks, conversions, sales, and commissions
- Identify high-performing creators and develop deeper partnerships with them
- Find ways to reactivate creators who have stopped posting
- Help creators understand which products and offers they can promote
- Work with creators to encourage strong, engaging product content
- Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Help coordinate product gifting and creator campaigns
- Negotiate creator rates, commissions, deliverables, and partnership opportunities when needed
- Stay on top of trending creators, viral content, and emerging opportunities
- Work closely with the Social Media, Creative, Marketing, and Influencer teams
- Continuously test new creator outreach strategies and ways to grow the affiliate program
What We're Looking For
- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of TikTok and the creator economy
- Someone who genuinely enjoys finding and talking to creators
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
- Highly organized and able to manage a large network of creators
- Comfortable looking at data and understanding what creators are actually driving in sales
- Creative and proactive — you’re constantly looking for new creators and new opportunities
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Competitive and motivated by measurable results
- Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or creator management tools is a major plus
