Creator Affiliate Manager
Zulay Kitchen is looking for a Creator Affiliate Manager to help us build a large network of social media creators, affiliates, and product promoters.
Zulay Kitchen is an established, fast-growing kitchenware brand with thousands of products sold across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, our website, and other major marketplaces. We compete directly with legacy kitchen brands, but we move faster, test faster, and build with more energy. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth.
This role is for someone who understands social media, loves reaching out to creators, and can turn conversations into action. Your job will be to find content creators, activate them as affiliates, coordinate product samples, follow up until content is posted, and help create a steady flow of creator-made content that can be used for organic sales, affiliate sales, and Meta ads.
You will not be the media buyer. We already have strong ad support. Your job is to build the creator engine behind the ads: the people, the content, the posts, the follow-up, and the affiliate activity.
What You’ll Do
Find and reach out to social media creators who are a good fit for Zulay Kitchen products.
Recruit and activate creators as affiliates.
Coordinate sending product samples to creators.
Follow up consistently to make sure creators post content.
Track creator responses, samples, content deadlines, posts, and performance.
Collect usable videos and content from creators.
Work with our marketing and media buying team so strong content can be used in ads.
Help build a large, active network of creators promoting Zulay Kitchen.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who is organized, persistent, and comfortable doing a lot of outreach.
Someone who understands TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, UGC, influencers, and affiliate marketing.
Someone who can communicate clearly and professionally with creators.
Someone who follows up without dropping balls.
Someone who is excited by the idea of helping a major kitchen brand grow through creator partnerships.
Someone who likes production, movement, and results, not just planning.
