This role is focused on creating high-converting product videos for advertising, e-commerce, and social media using the latest AI video editing tools and technologies.
You’ll take raw product footage, product images, brand assets, and creative direction—and transform them into clean, modern, scroll-stopping videos at speed. This is not traditional video editing. It’s about leveraging AI to edit faster, iterate smarter, and scale content more efficiently than ever before.
The right person is deeply immersed in AI. You’re constantly experimenting with new tools, refining workflows, and finding ways to improve both speed and output quality. You understand how to turn concepts into polished videos quickly—and you care about performance just as much as creativity.
We are not looking for a traditional video editor.

What You’ll Do
Create high-quality product videos for ads, Amazon listings, and social media using AI-powered editing tools
Edit raw footage, product images, lifestyle assets, and motion graphics into compelling visual stories
Utilize AI tools for editing, enhancement, captioning, visual effects, audio cleanup, motion, and workflow automation
Continuously test and refine AI tools and editing workflows to improve efficiency and content performance
Optimize videos for platforms like Amazon, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align on messaging, hooks, and visual direction
Stay on top of emerging AI video tools and trends to keep content fresh and competitive
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience editing video content using AI-powered tools (portfolio required)
Strong understanding of AI video editing software and modern content workflows
Experience creating high-performing short-form and performance marketing content
Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
Strong creative instincts with an eye for modern, conversion-focused visuals
Highly self-driven, curious, and constantly learning in a fast-moving space
Performance-oriented mindset—you care about what converts, not just what looks good
