We're looking for an experienced Shopify CRO & Developer to help optimize and scale one of the fastest-growing DTC brands.

You'll own everything from landing page development and Shopify customization to A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. If you know how to turn traffic into revenue, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize Shopify storefronts and landing pages
  • Develop custom Shopify features and theme modifications
  • Improve site speed and overall performance
  • Execute A/B tests across product pages, collections, checkout, and funnels
  • Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics
  • Increase conversion rate, AOV, and revenue through continuous testing
  • Integrate and manage Shopify apps and third-party tools
  • Collaborate with marketing, paid media, email, and creative teams to launch high-converting campaigns
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Shopify development experience
  • Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs
  • Proven experience improving conversion rates for DTC ecommerce brands
  • Experience with Replo, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, GA4, Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar, and A/B testing tools
  • Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and ecommerce best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot quickly and ship improvements fast
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Meta Ads landing page optimization
  • Familiarity with Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensions, and custom apps
  • Experience working with seven- or eight-figure ecommerce brands
