Supply Chain Assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our global supply chain operations. This role is focused on coordinating supplier communications, tracking purchase orders and shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring supply chain activities remain organized and on schedule.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations who wants to grow within a fast-paced ecommerce brand.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication with suppliers and manufacturing partners regarding production updates, timelines, and documentation

  • Track production schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met

  • Create, update, and maintain purchase orders and supporting procurement documentation

  • Monitor purchase orders from issuance through final delivery and communicate status updates to internal teams

  • Track inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners

  • Assist with shipment scheduling to Amazon FBA, warehouses, and other fulfillment destinations

  • Monitor shipping milestones and help resolve shipment delays or operational issues

  • Maintain accurate supplier, inventory, shipment, and supply chain records across company systems

  • Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning through reporting and data tracking

  • Identify potential inventory risks, including stockouts and delayed replenishments, and communicate concerns to stakeholders

  • Prepare reports on inventory, purchase orders, supplier activity, and shipment status

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Planning, Quality Control, Finance, and Category Management teams to support ongoing projects and operational initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tracking tools

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience working in ecommerce, consumer products, or Amazon-focused businesses is a plus
