Job Purpose:
The Amazon Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth and improving product performance across Amazon marketplaces. This role takes full ownership of listing health, advertising strategy, and pricing execution to increase visibility, accelerate sales, and maintain strong profit margins over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the ongoing performance of Amazon products by evaluating data, refining campaigns and content, and proactively identifying opportunities to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Advertising & Campaign Management
- Build, manage, and continuously refine Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC/CPM) to maximize return on ad spend
- Track daily budgets, keyword performance, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency
- Reallocate spend toward high-performing campaigns and scale successful initiatives
Listing Management & Optimization
- Enhance product detail pages including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content to improve conversion rates
- Partner with creative teams to update and elevate visual and written content
- Maintain listing accuracy, compliance, and completeness across all products
- Monitor and resolve listing issues such as suppressions or policy flags
Pricing Strategy & Margin Management
- Analyze competitor pricing and adjust strategies to remain competitive while protecting margins
- Evaluate profitability at the ASIN level, ensuring alignment between ad spend and financial targets
- Recommend pricing tests, promotions, or discount strategies based on performance trends
Performance Analysis & Growth Initiatives
- Review key metrics including sales, conversion rates, organic rankings, and ad performance
- Identify underperforming products and implement data-driven improvement plans
- Share insights, performance updates, and growth recommendations with leadership
