SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
📍 Clearwater, FL | Full-Time | In-Office

Zulay Kitchen is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who lives on the internet — someone who knows what’s trending before everyone else does, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn everyday products into content people actually want to watch.

You’ll be a key part of our Social & Creative team, helping grow Zulay’s presence across TikTok and Instagram.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and maintain Zulay’s social media content calendar
• Schedule, publish, and optimize content across social platforms
• Stay constantly up to date on TikTok trends, sounds, formats, memes, creators, and viral content
• Help develop creative ideas and social-first concepts that show our brand
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and social copy
• Monitor comments, engagement, and community conversations
• Track social media performance and identify what’s working — and what isn’t
• Research competitors and emerging social trends
• Help repurpose content across platforms while adapting it to each platform’s audience
• Bring new ideas to the table — we want someone who is constantly saying “Wait… what if we tried this?”

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3+ years of social media, content, or digital marketing experience
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram
• Someone who naturally spends time on social media and understands internet culture
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple pieces of content at once
• Creative, energetic, and willing to experiment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to look at data and understand what content is actually performing
• Experience with tools such as Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
