About the Role
We are looking for a Coffee Machine Repair Technician to support the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of espresso machines and coffee equipment. This role is focused on troubleshooting technical issues, performing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring products are restored to optimal working condition.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on technical skills and an interest in appliance repair who wants to work with a growing ecommerce brand specializing in coffee products and accessories.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with espresso machines and coffee equipment
Perform repairs and maintenance to restore products to proper working condition
Conduct preventative maintenance to improve performance and reduce future service issues
Test repaired units to verify functionality and quality standards are met
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and technical support via phone or email when needed
Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacement parts, and maintenance activities
Track and organize service requests and repair workflows
Communicate repair status updates and technical findings to internal teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Identify recurring product issues and provide feedback to help improve product quality and customer experience
Qualifications
Experience in appliance repair, electronics repair, or technical troubleshooting preferred
Familiarity with espresso machines, coffee equipment, or small household appliances is a plus
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage repair priorities effectively
