Supply Chain Assistant

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Supply Chain Assistant to help keep our global operations running fast, lean, and on point. You’ll be in the middle of everything—tracking orders, coordinating shipments, and making sure products get from factory to customer without friction.

• Create, update, and track purchase orders
• Stay on top of suppliers to ensure timelines are hit
• Flag delays early and help solve them fast

• Communicate daily with international suppliers
• Track production progress and keep records clean and up to date
• Support compliance docs and quality reporting

• Monitor shipments across ocean, air, and courier
• Work with freight partners and warehouses to keep things on schedule
• Help coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon FBA and other fulfillment centers

• Track inventory levels and help prevent stockouts or overstock
• Monitor lead times and call out risks before they become problems

• Maintain accurate supply chain data across systems
• Support reporting on inventory, shipments, and costs
