We're not looking for someone who's "interested" in TikTok Shop—we're looking for someone who's already been in the trenches, understands what drives GMV, knows how to work with creators, optimize listings, and scale revenue.

If you live and breathe TikTok Shop, love testing new strategies, and get excited seeing products go viral, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow our TikTok Shop from end to end.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and storefront performance.
• Recruit, manage, and grow affiliate and creator partnerships.
• Launch and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to increase sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, inventory, and customer service teams.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Ensure shop health, compliance, and an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience.
• Proven success growing sales through TikTok Shop.
• Experience managing creator and affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Seller Center, analytics, and platform tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Shopify is a plus.
