What You'll Do
You'll own and grow our creator and affiliate program across TikTok Shop, Meta and other social platforms.
You'll:
- Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with content creators and affiliates.
- Find new creators that align with the Zulay Kitchen brand.
- Pitch collaborations and negotiate partnerships.
- Manage product gifting and sample requests.
- Keep creators engaged with regular communication and follow-up.
- Develop creative briefs, talking points, and campaign ideas.
- Track creator performance, sales, commissions, and ROI.
- Help launch affiliate campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches.
- Identify top-performing creators and scale those relationships.
- Work closely with our marketing, social media, and creative teams.
- Stay ahead of creator trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
